Zai Hamid
Director
Zai Hamid has participated in many international events in Europe and Asia as the Director of Sales for more than 15 years. It is an industry where she learnt the art of selling, negotiating and communicating effectively. When she decided to explore other industries, her journey led her to work with a multinational telecommunication company. She became the Region Partnership Head for Enterprise Department at Celcom. There she gained invaluable experience working with Samsung, Blackberry, Apple, Huawei and many other software vendors. When she performed Training Needs Analysis for corporate companies, she realized that training is a continuous effort and not just to fill the gap once. An impactful training requires streams of coaching and mentoring for actual result realization.
Hugh Gordon Yeomans
Technical Director
Hugh Gordon Yeomans worked in the Oil and Gas Business for 44 years as a Geologist, Geophysicist, Resource Evaluator, manager and company director. His background work included well-site Geology and Supervision, Regional Geological and Geophysical studies, Prospect Generation and Exploration Discoveries in various parts of the world including; Turkmenistan both Amu Daria, South Caspian Basins, Argentina Neuquén Basin, USA Michigan Basin, Canada Shekilie Basin, as well as the Western Canada Thrust fold belt and Sedimentary Basin.
During his career, he developed and refined his written and verbal communication skills enabling himself to communicate effectively with co-workers, investors, government representatives, managers and students at various levels. He possesses good presentation skills, which helps immensely with partners, clients, investors and students. He is also proficient in English, Spanish and some Russians language.
He enjoys teaching, travelling, reading, working out and keeping up with the latest computer and communication technology.

Zahariah Zainal Aminuddin
Trainer
Zahariah Zainal Aminuddin began her career with American Express Malaysia as a Customer Service Analyst after obtaining her diploma in Tourism Administration from UITM Shah Alam in the early eighties. She then pursued her education in the United States of America where she graduated with M.Sc. in Education (Teaching English as a Second Language) from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and became a lecturer in her alma mater upon returning to Malaysia and several other local universities over the years. Zahariah’s passion lies in the importance of quality education and empowering people through education and training programmes.
Zulkifli Adam
Trainer
Zulkifli Adam has over 25 years of working experiences in the Hotel or Food and Beverage Management. He has worked overseas in 5-star establishments in Europe and America. Zulkifli’s Hotel Management training is mostly focused on the Food & Beverage division. He is also a trainer for MAEPS Serdang, StarPoint Hotel KL and at the Kelana Golf Negara Subang.
